In January Mads Nipper, Executive Vice President Market & Products, LEGO A/S and a member of the Corporate Management team of the LEGO group, will speak at a CBN meeting. Mads Nipper will talk about; Sales Efficiency - Strategies for building up a world class sales organisation.
Mads Nipper joined Lego in 1991. During his LEGO career, he has held a number of various positions, primarily in marketing and product development. 1998 -1999 he was Global Brand Director. 2001 to 2004 he was the CEO of LEGO Central Europe with responsibility for marketing and sales in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. In 2004 he was the head of global innovation, product development and marketing. etc. etc. LEGO has come a long way over the past almost 80 years - from a small carpenter’s workshop to a modern, global enterprise that is now, in terms of sales, the world’s fifth-largest manufacturer of toys.
